1.Minimum Order
Please note the minimum order quantity is 5,000pcs each color each size for paper bag.We also could accept 3,000pcs for a trial order as first cooperaton.

2.Produce Date
While the normal production time for paper bag or paper box is 10 days for sample, 20 days for production. For the different products and quantity,the delivery time will not be the same,Please understand!

3.Transportation
By ship, Normaly delivery from Ningbo, China or from Shanghai,China
By Air

4. Payment terms
We accept L/C remittance or T/T ( or western union) 50% payment advance,then the balance 50% paid against the copy of B/L faxed.
If you chose Western Union prepayment, we will provide you more convenient one the order procedures.

5. Quality guarantee
All of products, we can gurantee the quality same as our samples.

6. Disagreements
Both parties agree to work in good faith to seek a fair settlement. Both parties agree to file and settle any suits in those jurisdictions. In no event shall damages claimed by buyer exceed the cost of the material and
associated freight charges of the original shipment.
